#lowfodmap seafood risotto.
Green of spring onion, butter, garlic oil, risotto rice, glass of white wine, , keep stirring and add chicken or veg stock gradually as softens. When ready add seafood, lemon juice, herb of choice (I used tarragon this time – not too much but lush!) , tomatoes optional. Parmesan, black pepper and more lemon juice to taste.
