Crispy shredded ‘beef’ (Tofu)

Well this was rather bloomin lush…!

I used the following recipe but used garlic oil instead of garlic and coconut oil

I also added a bit of white cabbage as we had some to use up

Crispy Chilli Tofu

I also added in some lemon juice to the pan (not in recipe) before adding the sauce

Highly recommended, the crunch on the tofu was fab added in to the sauce and veg right at the end

Forgot to take a pic (as usual) before I tucked in!
Green of spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish
